The 2015 Classics Shiraz was selected from the 5 best barrels of Shiraz in the winery. Matured in new French oak for 18 months, it is a particularly elegant, structured and complex example of this renowned wine style. This densely coloured wine is showing deep and complex aromas of dark chocolate, earth and perfumed blackberries. The palate is full of luscious red and black fruits, chocolate and liquorice characteristics. The texture is silky and mouth-filling with lively acid and fine tannins providing great balance and structure. Cellar potential is 15-20 years.
