1. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Under Australian laws, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over.
by becoming a Landhaus Wines member and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
Landhaus Wines encourages the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.

2. Personal Use of the Service
You agree that you will only register one account as a user. Additional accounts with the same user will be closed, and any credits attached to that account will be cancelled.
The service shall be used for lawful purposes only and that you will not place on the service any material is false, defamatory, abusive, harassing or hateful.

 

2. Delivery
Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided to a new address, will incur an additional charge. It is the users responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they have given is correct.

All prices are in Australian dollars and only available for purchase within Australia.

6. Promotional Codes, Competitions or Related Offers
Landhaus Wines reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of, or otherwise modify, suspend or cancel any promotional code, competition or related offer at any time. Only one promotional code can be applied to any order and aren’t valid on monthly specials or an order of 6 bottles of wine or more. Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders where referral credits are available.
