We try to deliver your wines ASAP or within 7 to 10 business days. However in some Country areas or in rare occasions delivery may exceed 10 days.

UNATTENDED DELIVERIES

In the case of unattended deliveries a calling card will be left at your door. If you would like your parcel left unattended please contact us by clicking here.

RETURN POLICY

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged or does not match the items ordered we will gladly refund you the price of your purchase including delivery charges or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase, again incurring the delivery or return charges as specified.

CONDITIONS OF ORDERING

2. •Alcoholic beverages must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.
3. •Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided to a new address, will incur an additional charge.
