50-70yo vines, 7-8 days on skins, thence to barrel to complete fermentation, matured for 16 months in used French oak. Ok, this is Barossa Valley grenache, its colour light but bright, but its juicy red fruits, with a gentle backdrop of fine tannins, not Turkish delight or confection. It's been very well made, the fruit of high quality.
